InTouch Ver 3.0 Now DevConnect Certified for Avaya IP Office 7

InTouch Version 3.0 is now released offering additional features ensuring even wider appeal in the Avaya SME market. This latest version of InTouch will further assist the sales of Avaya IP Office switches.

These four important features include:

Intelligent Quick Dial (IQ)
AdvaTel’s product IQ (Intelligent Quick Dial) has been added to InTouch to allow click-to-dial from any phone number in any Windows application. Great for calling back people from e-mail signatures, from a contact number in a Word document or on a website etc. Call them via your office phone or Skype, even schedule a future call back to them or send an SMS.

Outlook 2010 Compliant
InTouch has been compliance tested in line with AdvaTel’s policy of maintaining compatibility with current Microsoft releases.

Variable Size Window
The InTouch panel when used with Outlook 2007 and 2010 can be variably resized to suit each user’s individual preferences leaving more room for other Outlook details with the default size being the current standard InTouch window. (This feature is not available to Outlook 2003 users.)

Language Options
Release V 3.0 will include the option of selecting English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese at time of installation.

As well as the new features outlined above we have made some performance improvements, e.g. you will be able to start using Outlook while InTouch is loading.
