PhoneEasy now with Instant Messaging for Nortel BCM.

9th September 2009, Melbourne, Australia: AdvaTel, an Australian software designer and developer for the global telecommunications industry is pleased to announce the introduction of Instant Messaging (IM) to their PhoneEasy IP Console (50-300-Infinity Versions) and Desktop applications for the Nortel BCM telephony platform.

As a Nortel Developer Partner, AdvaTel worked alongside Nortel to ensure a seamless integration with the Nortel BCM50 and BCM450 PABX’s. PhoneEasy is an orderable product through the Nortel Select Partner program.
